Health Potential

The world’s population is aging. This longer life expectancy unfortunately leads to a rapid increase in the number of people suffering from diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer. Genetics play an essential role in the development of many diseases. However, besides genes also life style and environment are key contributors, indicating that there is an opportunity for prevention! Therefore, we are establishing a Personalized Prevention Service, called Health Potential.

Health Potential will give individuals health advice, based on risk estimates derived from both genetic as well as life style and environmental factors.
